Being a self employed entrepreneurial business owner I have long held that all taxpayers should have to deal with the IRS the say way we do -- by writing them a check every quarter. If everyone did this, and actually got to "touch" the money before Uncle Sam gets it, we would have a tax revolt of stunning proportions overnight.
