Perry is doing an all out attack on liberal sacrosanct ideas right now I think to really rattle their cage and get them to expend all the ammo they have on him now. They won't have much left by the time election rolls around. It is a good military strategy to expose the enemy on your terms not theirs, for once. It is like going on a patrol to actively seek out the enemy by probing their defenses and rushing hard and fast toward the enemy when they ambush you.
